Try out sailing with Crawley Mariners ?
A chance for the whole family to go sailing
free, gratis, for nothing!
Up and down the country sailing clubs hold open days to give newcomers
and improvers the chance to have-a-go, and to promote membership
of their club. In a bid to increase the number of people
going afloat, clubs offer hands on opportunities to get out on
the water in a variety of craft, even if you're completely new
to the sport. Visitors will be welcomed, provided with information
about sailing, boats and sailing clubs, and given the opportunity
to check out the facilities that are on offer.
Open days are normally held during the summer which increases
the chances of better weather, and reduces the need for warm
and waterproof clothing.
